Her tennis achievements eventually led her to the University of North Carolina, where she joined the Tar Heels women’s tennis program in January 2026.
Alongside her athletic commitments, Anna has continued developing her interests in digital media. Her ability to connect sports and entertainment has helped her reach audiences who might otherwise have little interest in competitive tennis.

Anna Frey’s Early Life and Childhood
Anna grew up in Farmington, Utah, where tennis became an important part of her life.
Although she hasn’t publicly shared extensive details about her earliest childhood experiences, her achievements suggest that she devoted considerable time to developing her athletic abilities.
Competitive junior tennis demands far more than simply learning how to serve and return a ball. Young players must develop physical endurance, mental discipline, technical consistency, and the confidence to compete under pressure.
Anna’s progression through junior tournaments shows how seriously she approached the sport.
As she gained experience, tennis became an increasingly significant part of her identity. Her hometown roots remained part of her story even as her achievements began attracting attention outside Utah.
Anna Frey’s Education and College Life
Anna attended Farmington High School, where she balanced her education with an increasingly competitive tennis schedule.
During those years, she established herself as one of the country’s highly regarded junior prospects. Her success eventually attracted attention from the University of North Carolina, a school with an established women’s tennis program.

One particularly notable result came in 2024, when she defeated an opponent ranked No. 103 in the world during a Cleveland tennis event.
That victory demonstrated her ability to compete against experienced players beyond the junior circuit.
Rather than being known only for her online following, Anna had established a genuine competitive record before entering college.

How Anna Frey Started Her TikTok Career
Anna’s introduction to TikTok came in 2021, when she reportedly shared a video from a family trip to Hawaii.
At the time, her content was similar to what many teenagers enjoyed posting. She participated in dance trends, performed lip-sync videos, and shared lighthearted moments from her everyday life.
Over time, her natural on-camera presence helped her attract more viewers.
One of her most successful early videos appeared in late 2023. The clip, associated with the phrase “she plays tennis?”, reportedly collected more than three million views.
Another memorable post showed Anna joking about being 16 years old and still not having a driver’s license.
These videos worked because they felt relatable. Viewers could enjoy her personality without needing to know anything about her tennis achievements.
Her published biography later reported more than 2.7 million TikTok followers, although that figure should be treated as a historical milestone rather than a confirmed October 2026 count.
Why Anna Frey Became Famous
Anna’s popularity didn’t come from a single source. Her tennis background, entertaining videos, and relatable personality had already helped her build an audience.
Then, in early 2024, an unexpected comparison brought her into the spotlight.
Social media users began noticing that Anna looked remarkably similar to Brock Purdy, the quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers.
The resemblance quickly became a popular topic among football fans, many of whom discovered her TikTok account for the first time.
What started as an amusing internet observation soon attracted broader attention.
Anna joined the conversation rather than ignoring it, creating content connected to the comparison and engaging with the sudden interest.
The moment helped expand her audience beyond tennis and traditional TikTok entertainment.
Anna Frey and Brock Purdy: The Viral Connection
The Brock Purdy comparison became one of the most widely discussed moments in Anna’s early social media career.
Fans pointed out similarities in their facial features, and the conversation spread through videos, comments, and sports-related social media discussions.
The story gained another boost after the 49ers won the NFC Championship.
Brock’s brother, Chubba Purdy, referenced Anna during the celebrations, bringing the viral comparison closer to the quarterback’s family.
Anna responded through TikTok, and the interaction attracted millions of views.
The attention eventually contributed to an invitation to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas in February 2024.
Her trip was arranged through a name, image, and likeness agreement with Six Star Pro Nutrition, which provided travel, accommodation, and tickets.
Anna attended the event with her mother, turning an unexpected internet trend into a memorable personal experience.
Despite the resemblance, there is no established family relationship between Anna Frey and Brock Purdy.

Her mother later accompanied her to Super Bowl LVIII, one of the biggest events in American sports.
Anna’s official University of North Carolina athletics biography identifies her siblings as Charlie, Jane, Claire, and Tommy. It also notes that one of her brothers plays college tennis at Utah.
Some earlier social media biographies mention brothers named Taylor and Charles. Because these descriptions differ, the university’s official athlete profile provides the stronger reference for her current family information.
Although Anna shares selected family experiences publicly, much of her private home life remains outside the spotlight.

Away from competition, Anna enjoys music, travel, social media trends, and creating entertaining videos.

As for her romantic life, there isn’t enough reliable public information to confirm whether Anna currently has a boyfriend.
While online curiosity about her relationships is understandable, unverified rumors shouldn’t be treated as facts.
Anna Frey’s Height and Physical Appearance
According to the University of North Carolina’s official athletics profile, Anna Frey stands 5 feet 6 inches tall.
Her appearance became a widely discussed topic after social media users began comparing her to Brock Purdy.
Although the resemblance brought her additional attention, her physical appearance tells only a small part of her story.
In tennis, success depends on a combination of movement, coordination, timing, endurance, technical ability, and mental focus.
Anna’s achievements in junior and collegiate competition offer a much more meaningful picture of her development as an athlete.
Her performances show that she’s capable of competing against talented opponents regardless of the attention surrounding her online appearance.

Anna has developed a public presence that connects two different audiences: people who follow competitive tennis and those who enjoy social media entertainment.
TikTok introduced many viewers to her personality, while Instagram has provided another space for sharing athletic achievements and personal experiences.
Her earlier published biography identifies @annafrey as her TikTok username and @annafrey0 as an Instagram account associated with her content.
In November 2024, Forbes reported that Anna had more than 2.1 million TikTok followers and approximately 750,000 Instagram followers.
Those figures illustrate how quickly her audience had grown, although they shouldn’t be mistaken for verified follower totals in October 2026.
Her online popularity has also helped her attract attention from sports brands interested in working with young athletes who have strong digital audiences.
Anna Frey’s Net Worth and Brand Partnerships
Anna Frey’s exact net worth hasn’t been publicly established through dependable financial records.
However, her growing profile has created commercial opportunities that extend beyond tennis tournaments.

These partnerships reflected her value as both an athlete and a recognizable online personality.
She also worked with Six Star Pro Nutrition in connection with her Super Bowl LVIII appearance.
For college athletes, NIL agreements allow them to earn compensation from certain commercial uses of their identity, subject to applicable rules.
Still, having brand partnerships doesn’t automatically reveal someone’s financial position.
Without confirmed earnings, contract values, or other reliable financial information, any precise estimate of Anna Frey’s net worth would be speculative.
